These are Bec's rules of festive fun time frivolities

1. Snow is fun! not cold or wet or meh it's FUN xD go make snowmen and frolic my dears!

2. Mince pies are mandatory, from October onwards, but I forgive you if you don't eat them that early long as you warm them up and sprinkle sugar on them.

3. Present wrapping will annoy you but will always inevitably end up with someone covered in gift bows or ribbon

4. Christmas songs are also essential... No Mariah Carey sh*t proper slade and wizard and the pogues

5. Christmas doesn't start on December 25th it starts 10 days before... don't give me that look, sparkles and peace and goodwill to all is never a bad thing.

6. Gift cards are not presents, they're an excuse for one, because you didn't have enough imagination to buy a proper present.

7. Candy canes are brilliant!

8. The ten days before christmas is the time to be nice to everyone even the hobo selling the big issue

9. There is no such thing as tacky when it comes to decorations, more is definately more!! Sparkle my lovelies sparkle!!

10. There is no such thing as Bah Humbug.... we are not in a Charles Dicken's novel therefore christmas is a good time.

11. You will always eat far too much but still have room for christmas pudding
